Dr. King stated that our practices and policies must be infused with love, hope, abundance and equity to achieve the Beloved Community, a community where ALL People are held as Beloved. Bills such as SB 273-311 serve to destroy our Beloved Community.

As the leaders of the Michigan State House and Senate, your actions affect all residents of our state. The citizens of Michigan need you to Build the Beloved Community--not to destroy it!
