Leadership Board’s StrengthsFinder Workshop

ISAAC would like to send heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Pat Stromsta, VP for Leadership Development, for her facilitation of our Leadership Board’s StrengthsFinder Workshop (this meeting happened pre-covid19 social distancing). This was truly a wonderful opportunity for us to explore our strengths and natural talents together, while better positioning us to use our gifts for justice. We were also able to get to know one another in a more meaningful way. As we engage in the work of equity, it is an important reminder that we need one another!

“ISAAC is one of the few social justice organizations that actually upholds and practices principles of social justice. ISAAC is no joke, when they say they are working on social justice issues, they are really working on social justice issues.”
