Kalamazoo County is an awesome community with outstanding people. However, our community unfortunately is not exempt from the institutional injustices that plague our nation. Yet, as a community we are unique and special because we understand that we CAN find solutions for dismantling these problems TOGETHER. If you are concerned about racism, youth violence and education inequities and disparities, please join us on October 6th for our ISAAC 2016 Public Meeting!
Community Leaders, Public Officials and Candidates will be present to stand in support of our 3 Task Forces: Anti-Racism, Early Childhood & Education, and Youth Violence Prevention. This Public Meeting is free, with a free will offering, on Thursday evening, October 6th. At 6:00pm doors will open for Registration & Performances, and at 6:45pm we will begin our Program. This Public Meeting will be located in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Gymnasium, on N. Burdick St. across from the Family Health Center.
Join us as we put faith and consciousness into action!
We are stronger TOGETHER!
We can bring about changes TOGETHER!
We will move forward TOGETHER!
